Creative expression invites us into the present moment. As we create, we open ourselves to new perspectives, meaningful connection and a growing sense of belonging.

About Creative Arts Therapy

Creative Arts Therapy offers a gentle and creative way to explore life's experiences when words alone may not feel enough.
Through image making, colour, movement, symbols and reflection, the creative process can reveal new perspectives, deepen self-awareness and support healing during times of change, loss, stress or uncertainty.
Artwork often becomes a bridge between our inner experience and what is ready to emerge. As we reflect together, the images we create can offer insight, hope and new possibilities for moving forward.
Creative Arts Therapy is suitable for children, young people and adults and is practised in schools, community organisations, hospitals, mental health settings and private practice. Sessions are always tailored to the individual, honouring each person's unique story, strengths and pace.

How can Creative Arts Therapy help?
I believe creativity belongs to everyone.
My hope is to create spaces where people feel welcomed exactly as they are—where they can make, explore, connect and leave with a greater sense of belonging, both within themselves and with the communities around them.
Whether you are looking for therapeutic support, a creative wellbeing workshop for your organisation, a community journaling group or opportunities to connect through art, I would love to welcome you into that journey.
The long standing therapeutic benefits of creative arts therapy have been well documented in supporting children, teenagers, adults and individuals in need of physical, emotional and/or substance-abuse related rehabilitation.  Art therapy can be found in settings such as hospitals, not for profit organisations, schools and correctional facilities serving people with special needs, the elderly and areas of mental health and well being.

Art therapy has become a vital tool which supports the rebuilding and reshaping of our sense of self as we give our art a voice. It is in this experience that you are able to share your stories, be seen, heard and validated as your creative expression is witnessed by another.

I acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which I am privileged to work, live and create, the Wurundjeri peoples of the Kulin Nation. I pay their respects to elders past, present and emerging.
